St. Andrew’s seeks a dynamic, visionary leader to join our faculty as our head volleyball coach, beginning in Fall 2026. As the head volleyball coach, this individual will lead our student-athletes with the same dedication to character and purpose that defines the St. Andrew’s mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Athletic Leadership: Head Volleyball Coach
Lead the Varsity Volleyball program as a visionary mentor, overseeing all aspects of team training, skill development, and game-day strategy.
Cultivate a culture of sportsmanship and character, aligning the athletic experience with the school’s commitment to "citizenship, service, and purpose."
Manage program logistics, including practice scheduling, equipment oversight, and coordination with the Athletic Department.
Actively recruit student-athletes who demonstrate the academic potential and spirit required to thrive in the St. Andrew’s community.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Significant experience in coaching volleyball, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
Strong communications skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
A sense of humor, high energy, and a high level of professionalism. 5. Enthusiasm for working with adolescents and the ability to connect with a wide array of student-athletes and their families.
